I have created a small list of apps, sites and programs I find really useful as a freelancer. Use the ones you like and I hope they help you out as much as they help me.

Project Bubble is a great, online project management and invoicing tool
On the Job lets you track time with an automatic idle time detection, and sits quietly on your menu bar.
Adobe Kuler is an online colour scheme generator and inspiration hub. I use it ALL the time.
Docracy is an open collection of legal documents where you can host your contract for e-signing
Wunderlist 2 is a very simple, well designed and easy-to-use task management tool.
Contract Killer is Andy Clarke’s open source web design contract
DropBox is a file sharing web and phone application that lets you share photos, documents and videos from anywhere in the world.
QuirksMode is a set of tables showing support in all browsers. As a developer, this is a real must.
